Inflicted with the influences of the modernist movement, this piece of architecture reflects highly on the minimalist theme. With diagonal lines, creating a rhythm, and the exterior wood composite panel making an accent, this building stands out from the usual of the neighborhood. We designed the 2 storey mixed-use building in Downtown Cebu City to have the angular façade, mixed-use functionality, and contemporary aesthetic. It blends both the commercial and residential elements in an urban setting.
