FY Design Studios is an architecture studio based in Cebu, Philippines established by Registered and Licensed Architect Femi Yu-Tan. The studio synthesizes different fields of art but is mainly on three distinct disciplines: architecture, architectural interiors and 3D visualization. Over the years of its history, around 30 projects have been designed, several dozen out of which being realized. Most projects have been designed for Philippine cities (Cebu and Manila).
 

As a Licensed Architect and Registered Master Plumber in the Philippines, Femi Yu-Tan had always been a competitive designer even during her days as a student in the University of San Carlos-TC and after attaining her BS Architecture degree, building on diverse experience acquired in multiple fields. Her architectural designs are inspired by the legendary Frank Lloyd Wright's Organic Contemporary Architecture. A blend of minimalism and organic architecture creates clean, modern works that blend harmoniously with the local environment which is the mission of this design studio.
