A project underway with Richworld Electrical and Industrial Corp and in it's construction phase, this 3-storey Warehouse with commercial and living quarters is located in downtown Cebu City. Its design is meant to work in sync with the main warehouse inside and fulfill the original vision for the site surrounded by the busy urban streets. The multi-purpose warehouse building is roughly rectangular in its facade shape standing on an irregular lot form. Its material palette – of dark painted steel, weathered concrete and glass, along with bronze accents – helps tie the building to the its the natural landscape background.
