Originally, the building was a mixed-use corner bakery/residence designed to accommodate a client who was a passionate baker, thus a bakery was designed at the ground floor, and residential spaces at the second and third floors for the owner. Now, the building is revamped and given a make-over, extending to 4 storeys and a roof deck. More window fenestration are placed, letting in more natural light and ventilation into the structure. Privacy is provided with the modular horizontal wood panels covering some of the glass windows in random selection. The concept design showcases industrial, modern materials such as concrete walled panels, wood louver shading system and awning glass curtains.
