This two-storey modern residence embodies a refined balance between contemporary aesthetics and functional living. In a combined floor area of 175 sqm., the design embraces open-concept spaces, allowing seamless transitions between the living, dining, and kitchen areas, fostering a sense of openness and connection.

The interior palette is a fusion of neutral tones and warm accents, creating a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. Large windows flood the spaces with natural light, enhancing the airy ambiance while framing scenic outdoor views. Carefully curated materials such as wood, glass, and metal contribute to a sleek and timeless aesthetic, offering both durability and elegance.
