Service Description

We design residential, commercial/retail structures, corporate, hospitality and institutional structures. Our projects undertaken within the years include hotels, commercial buildings, office and retail spaces, restaurants, and private homes. The ff. are the general inclusions of this package for building permit-ready application purposes: - Architectural floor plans (signed/sealed by Architect) - 3D design/ perspective of exterior building - Required Engineer drawings for construction (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Electronics Engineers w/ sign and seal) - Building cost estimates - Material specifications for building permit - Printed 20x30" complete set blueprints - Occasional site inspection during construction phase **We also offer interior design service that may be included in this package
