Service Description

This is for the local and international clients who only exclusively choose to have us execute the first phase of design. We will document any existing conditions through field studies and gather any relevant architectural data to define the parameters of the project and initiate a brainstorm of ideas. In this service phase, we will take the information we’ve gathered to create two to three design options for your consideration. We will generally present these options in the form of sketches, floor plans, and 3D rendering perspectives so you can visualize the different routes your project could take. For most, the main purpose of architectural conceptualization phase is for the client to have a final design decision for his house then if deemed ready for application of a building permit, the client will need the Architect to go further into construction-ready documents like duly sign/sealed blueprints, Engineer's drawings, and etc. (this full package service rendering is under the section: Full Architectural Service Package)
